Refund policy
Refund conditions for Meloa Studio (meloa.studio).
1. General provisions
1.1. This Policy defines the conditions for refunds for the Service.
1.2. Payment is made by purchasing a pack of 1, 3 or 10 full premium songs. The exact contents and price are shown in the store before payment.
2. When a refund is available
2.1. Unused balance. If the User has purchased a song pack and has not used part of it, the value of the unused balance may be refunded, limited to the amount actually unused.
2.2. Service not delivered because of a technical failure. If it is confirmed that a full song was not generated for technical reasons attributable to the Service, the song is restored to the pack or the payment is refunded on request.
2.3. Preview. If a preview cannot be generated because of a technical failure attributable to the Service, the attempt is not deducted from the free preview allowance.
3. When a refund is not available
3.1. No refund is issued for a service already delivered when the full song has been generated and is available for playback or download in the User's library.
3.2. No refund is issued if the result does not meet the User's subjective expectations — style, voice, rhymes or mood — but the service has in fact been delivered. In these cases we recommend creating a new song with adjusted settings.
3.3. No refund is issued when generation used incorrect, incomplete or unsuitable input supplied by the User, such as unintelligible voice, text that is too short or a conversation without meaningful content.

4.2. Include the following information in your email:
